Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango pulp
- 4 cups Yoghurt (Dahi)
- Sugar as per your taste
- Cardammom powder
- Crushed Almond for garnishing
Steps for Preparation
- Firstly you have to prepare yoghurt, for that take a muslin cloth and a strainer. Add the Curd or dahi to the muslin cloth and put the cloth over the strainer.
- Gently Squeeze the cloth with curd and remove excess water from it.
- Place a bowl below the strainer and keep it in refrigerator for few hours. So that excess water drains off.
- Consistency of yoghurt should be thick. Now take it out from refrigerator. Add yoghurt to the bowl.
- Add mango pulp, Sugar, cardammom powder. Mix it well.
- Finally Garnish with crushed almonds.
